Graphic Designer.

Responsibilities:

1. Design web pages using UX/UI best practices
2. Create these materials by using programs. i.e. Figma & Adobe’s Creative Suite — including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and more
3. Carrying design and web projects from concept to completion, while adhering to the brand guidelines
4. Conceptualising creative ideas on your own and with the creative director
5. Testing and improving the design of the website
6. Establishing design guidelines, standards, and best practices
7. Creating audit reports
8. Communicating design ideas using user flows, process flows, sitemaps and wireframes
9. Design page layouts and templates
10. Develop and maintain consistent branding
11. Work with front-end web developers to deploy designs
12. Create and maintain a database of design assets
13. Preparing design plans and presenting the website structure
14. Produce drafts for review by clients and make revisions based on the feedback received
15. Review final productions for errors and ensure that final prints reflect client specifications
16. Client management assigned from creative director. Managing the clients (taking briefs from clients and presenting designs for feedback)
17. Working as part of a team with creative director, other designers, developers, copywriters, social, and search marketing specialists

Requirements:

1. 5+ years web design experience
2. Demonstrable web design skills with a strong portfolio
3. Figma experience is a big plus!
4. Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, or other visual design and wire-framing tools
5. Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
6. Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
7. Up-to-date with the latest Web trends, techniques, and technologies
8. Quick and creative thinking to solve problems
9. BS/MS in Graphic Design
